Our Remembrance Day Service will take place on Sunday 10th of November 2024.

Join us in honouring the valiant service and sacrifice of our comrades at this year's Irish Guards North of England Remembrance Day service in Liverpool. The day will commence with a parade in the Gardens on the 10th of November, starting sharply at 9:15 AM and concluding by 9:30 AM. The main parade will then assemble at the Crown Pub at 10:00 AM.

Post-service, we invite all attendees to gather at the Adelphi Hotel's Crompton's Bar from 11:30 AM until 7:00 PM for a day filled with camaraderie and remembrance. A special buffet will be served at 12:45 PM, providing a chance for veterans, serving members, and their families to share a meal and stories in a friendly atmosphere.

Adding to the day's enjoyment, Tony Paris, our esteemed singer, will perform two sets, from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM and then from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM. Be sure not to miss our exciting raffle, featuring unique prizes including a portrait, a bottle of port, a decorative doorstop, and a bottle of gin.

Itinerary

Morning Parade

• 09:15 - 09:30 AM: Gather at the gardens for the first segment of the parade.

Main Parade

• 10:00 AM: Assemble at the Crown Pub. Veterans and serving members are requested to arrive on site no later than this time.

Afternoon and Evening at Adelphi Hotel's Crompton's Bar

• 11:30 AM - 7:00 PM: Social gathering and remembrance activities.
• 12:45 PM: Buffet lunch.
• 2:00 PM - 2:45 PM: First performance by singer Tony Paris.
• 3:00 PM - 3:45 PM: Second performance by singer Tony Paris.
• Throughout the Day: Raffle with prizes including a portrait, a bottle of port, a decorative doorstop, and a bottle of gin.
